Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds/exchanges. There are no cancellations once an order is placed. If we made a mistake with your order, such as wrong product, or missing items from your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 281.900.0167. We will be happy to correct your order immediately and send the right order at no additional cost!
Damaged, Defective, or Misplaced Products
If you happen to receive a damaged or defective products, please contact us immediately, via email email@example.com or phone 281.900.0167. You will be required to submit photo images of the damaged or defective product. If product is not damaged or defective returns in general is not acceptable due to nature of product. Waist Be Gone LLC is not liable for goods damaged by USPS or UPS, in transit. In order to receive a refund for damaged goods, lost or stolen goods, you will need to put in a claim with the shipping company who damaged, lost or stole the goods in transit. Waist Be Gone LLC is not responsible for stolen goods. It is your responsibility as the consumer to retrieve your goods when they are delivered. Waist Be Gone LLC is not liable for goods sent to the wrong address. It is your responsibility as the consumer to input the correct address. If you accidentally input the incorrect address, please note you will have 24 hours to send an email with the corrected address and your order number.
